Moreover, having the ability to understand the feelings, ideas, beliefs and opinions of others is a skill that must be mastered by all professionals, regardless of their company ranking. You must always have the ability to tell the truth in a way that considers other people's feelings and reactions. It allows you to give difficult feedback, communicate sensitive information, deliver constructive criticism and say the right thing to preserve a relationship.
